Terms & Conditions

Monthly Class Tuition Policy: Your monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time. Cancellations are effective immediately, however no refunds will be granted for tuition already paid. There is a $40.00 fee for declined tuition. A student may suspend tuition for up to one month with 30 days notice and a $40.00 suspension fee.

Annual Class Tuition Policy: Annual payments are non-refundable. There is a $40.00 fee for declined tuition.

Seminar/Workshop Tuition Policy: Tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable. No exchanges.

One-on-One Private Session Policy: No refunds for private sessions. 24 hours notice is required to reschedule your session.

Immersion Tuition Policy: Tuition is non-refundable. 50% of tuition can be applied to a future immersion training with at least two months notice.

Apparel Purchase Policy: No refunds. Exchange for the appropriate size only if unworn.
