KIDS KUNG FU

A fun and safe environment with traditional martial arts teach children focus, discipline and respect. Build confidence, healthy habits and learn self-defense with teachers that support family goals and healthy development.

Tuesday & Thursday, 4PM-5PM

KUNG FU

A high intensity class with up tempo music focusing on fitness, health and self-defense through traditional  Chinese Martial Arts. The ancient principles and root teachings of the Tao bring the spirit of virtue and balance into life in a modern world.

Tuesday & Thursday, 5PM-6PM

LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

Kung Fu teaches virtue in oneself, family and one’s community. The Leadership Program helps students hone their skills in martial arts, cooperation and public speaking through team projects and community outreach, demonstrating performance skills, competition and teacher training.

Monday & Wednesday, 5PM-6PM


 

TAI CHI & QI GONG

For thousands of years people have practiced Tai Chi & Qi Gong for balance, stress relief and longevity. Simple breathing and gentle movements are practiced in a fun and supportive environment. Experienced teachers help students to reach their lifelong health goals.

ADVANCED
TAI CHI & QI GONG

A program for lifelong learners with a quest for knowledge through ancient philosophy and sacred texts. Advanced Tai Chi builds memory, strength and bone density with forms such as Tai Chi Straight Sword and Ancient Style Tai Chi. Community practice keeps students sharp, healthy and youthful with increased energy.

KICKBOXING

A brand new class with up tempo music, focusing on fitness, fun and self defense. Practicing kickboxing benefits cardio, flexibility and strength training, while burning calories. Kickboxing is an excellent avenue for stress relief through physical exertion and endorphin release. This class is a great introduction to Martial Arts as well as an addition in cross training for existing practitioners.

BA GUA & XING I CHUAN

Ba Gua (Eight Trigram Palm) is a beautiful circular practice incorporating both internal and external aspects of martial arts. Ba Gua is renowned for its cosmological influence relating to the ancient I-Ching trigrams and the divine interaction between the energy and manifestations of Yin and Yang.

Xing I Chuan is considered the bridge between internal and external arts. This art birthed out of the ancient five element theory and focuses on harmonizing the mind intent with each movement. Xing I Chuan benefits the joints and muscles through rhythmic movement and a heightened focus on healthy alignment and energy circulation. Xing I Chuan is known as the “simplest form to learn and the most difficult to master.”
