The Yi Jin Jing is a QiGong set designed to strengthen muscles and tendons.  We’ve scheduled this practice every first Monday of the month at the Advanced Tai Chi class at 4:00pm and every third Saturday of the month at the 10:00am Tai Chi class. Challenge your strength, improve your breath capacity and guarantee life long health with this practice.
