This one-hour class includes Qi Gong, Yang Style Long Form and advanced forms practice. Every third Saturday, we focus on the Yi Jin Jing.

This one-hour class welcomes new students. After 30 minutes of Qi Gong, we focus on those learning Sections 1-3, but is also open to any tai chi student at any level.

This one hour class is by invitation only. Students must have completed learning the six sections of the Tai Chi form. The class includes Qi Gong, Yang Style Long Form and advanced forms practice.
